How I Work
Most of what keeps people stuck isn't a mystery, it's a script they never chose. My job isn't to hand you generic advice. It's to help you tell the difference between what's actually yours and what you've just been performing, long enough that you can trust your own judgment again and start acting like it.
1. What's actually yours
We name what's really going on, without dressing it up. That means separating what you actually believe from what you inherited: from family, past relationships, whatever told you who you're supposed to be. You leave each session with real clarity.
2. Learning to trust your own read on things
This is the part most people skip. You practice making decisions from your own judgment instead of needing someone else to confirm it first. We build that trust back through small commitments you actually keep, not through more insight.
3. Making it your default, not just a good week
Insight doesn't hold if it only shows up once. This stage is about turning what you've learned into how you actually live: your habits, your relationships, your work, especially when things get hard.
A note on credentials
I trained through Canada Coach Academy and I'm an active member of the International Coaching Federation, currently logging hours toward full accreditation. That means our sessions are structured and confidential,
How you might feel
Right now you might feel like you're living with the brakes on, carrying the weight of everyone else's expectations. This work is about setting that down. You'll notice more room to actually decide things instead of just reacting to them, and less of that constant feeling of performing. The shift I'm aiming for is simple: relaxed instead of braced, clear instead of foggy, and actually motivated to act instead of stuck thinking about it. The goal isn't to become someone else. It's more of you, showing up on purpose.
Book a free call
This is a low-pressure conversation, not a sales pitch. We'll talk about where you're at, where you want to go, and whether working together actually makes sense for both of us. If it's not a fit, I'll tell you.

No. It’s completely normal to just feel a general sense of friction, stagnation, or a desire for change. Part of our initial work together is breaking through the noise to identify what truth and direction you want to align with.

Conditioning is the automatic "script" we inherit from society and past experiences. It’s the voice that tells you to stay in your lane and prioritize outside expectations over your own path. We identify those scripts together so you can consciously choose to rewrite them.
