PMDD Support Coaching Package

CA$500.00

You know the shift even if the people around you don't: the days before your period when your reactions stop feeling like your own, and everything that felt manageable suddenly doesn't. Together, we'll get specific about your pattern, and build practical support around the hardest parts of the month: what to say to the people around you, how to catch the shift earlier, and what actually helps once you're in it. The goal isn't to eliminate PMDD. It's for you to stop feeling ambushed by it every month and start feeling prepared for it instead.

Three private sessions | $500 CAD, structured across roughly one to two cycles:

  1. Understand your pattern: symptoms, triggers, current supports, how PMDD shows up in your life.

  2. Build your support plan: boundaries, communication, emotional regulation, and preparing for the luteal phase.

  3. Reflect and refine: what helped, what didn't, and a realistic plan going forward.

This coaching is based on lived experience and personal practice, not medical training. It's not a diagnosis, treatment, or replacement for medical or mental health care. It's personalized support, self-understanding, and tools that helped me move from feeling controlled by my cycle to feeling prepared for it.
